I am a married father and grandfather and live in Australia’s national capital city, Canberra.
I have been involved in photography for over 50 years. I was President of the Canberra Photographic Society for eight consecutive years in the 1990s, and am still a member.
I joined the Australian Photographic Society (APS) in 1976 and have served it in a variety of capacities, including a term as President. I am a Life Member and have been awarded an Associateship (AAPS) in recognition of my photographic skills, and an Honorary Fellowship (Hon FAPS) in recognition of my service.
The International Federation of Photographic Art has awarded me an AFIAP in recognition of my photographic skills, and an ESFIAP recognition of my service.
My image “Manvar Tableau 2” was awarded 2nd place in the Open section of the 2008 Australian Digital Photography Awards.
